How and when do I get paid?
Payouts run on the 1st of every month via Wise. Minimum payout is £25 — if you're under that in a given month, the balance rolls over.
What does "30% recurring for 12 months" mean?
Every month your referral stays subscribed, you earn 30% of that month's payment. This continues for 12 months from their signup. After month 12 the commission ends, but you can refer new customers at any time.
How long does the tracking cookie last?
60 days. If someone clicks your link today and signs up within the next 60 days, the commission is yours.
Do I need a big audience to apply?
No. We approve creators with small-but-engaged audiences all the time. What matters is that your audience genuinely overlaps with eBay sellers, dropshippers or side-hustle builders.
What marketing materials do you provide?
A full swipe kit: banner images, landing page templates, email sequences, video scripts, social captions, and a product screenshot library. Everything you need to start promoting the same day you're approved.
Are there any restrictions on how I can promote DropSync?
You can promote via any legitimate channel — content, newsletters, paid ads (except branded search on "DropSync"), social posts, webinars. Spam, trademark-bidding, and misleading earnings claims are prohibited.
Are credit pack purchases included in commissions?
No. Commissions are paid on paid subscriptions only (Starter, Pro and Ultimate). One-off credit pack top-ups inside the app are not commissionable.
What happens if my referral cancels or gets a refund?
If a customer is refunded within 30 days of a payment, the commission for that payment is clawed back from your balance. Commissions on payments older than 30 days are locked in, even if the customer later cancels.
Can I refer myself or use my own link to sign up?
No. Self-referrals are automatically blocked and any commissions generated that way will be voided. Referring family members you live with or accounts you control counts as self-referral too.
Who can join the affiliate program?
You must be 18 or over and resident in a country supported by Wise for payouts. Existing DropSync customers can apply, but you can't earn commission on your own account.
How fast will my application be reviewed?
Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. You'll get an email either way — if approved, it includes your tracking link, dashboard login, and the full swipe file.
Program terms
By applying to the DropSync affiliate program you agree to the following:
- Commission. 30% of eligible subscription revenue for 12 months per referred customer, starting from their first paid invoice after any free trial. Commissions stop at month 12; you may keep referring new customers at any time.
- What qualifies. Paid Starter, Pro and Ultimate subscriptions attributed to your tracking link within the 60-day cookie window. Credit pack purchases, existing customers and gifted plans are excluded.
- Refunds & chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back within 30 days, the related commission is reversed from your balance.
- Self-referrals. You may not sign up using your own link, or via accounts you own or control. Self-referrals are automatically blocked and any resulting commissions are voided.
- Traffic rules. No spam, no incentivised clicks, no bidding on "DropSync" or our trademarks on paid search, no domain squatting, no misleading income claims. We may remove affiliates who breach these rules without notice.
- Payouts. Monthly via Wise on the 1st, provided your balance is £25+ and there are no open disputes. Balances below the threshold roll over. Unpaid balances after 12 months of inactivity may be forfeited.
- Tax. Commissions are paid gross. You are responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, VAT or equivalent charges in your country.
- Termination. We may pause or close any affiliate account at any time for fraud, policy breaches, chargeback abuse or brand misrepresentation. You may close your account at any time via the affiliate dashboard.
- Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active affiliates with at least 30 days notice before taking effect.
